User Responsibilities
  • •You are responsible for ensuring legal compliance when recording meetings
  • •You must obtain proper consent from all meeting participants
  • •You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes
  • •You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • •You must provide accurate information when creating your account
Prohibited Uses
  • •Recording meetings without proper consent or legal authority
  • •Using the service for illegal activities or harassment
  • •Attempting to reverse engineer or copy our technology
  • •Sharing your account credentials with unauthorized users
  • •Using the service to compete with or harm our business
Subscription & Billing
  • •Pro subscription is billed monthly at $19/month
  • •Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • •You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard
  • •Refunds are provided at our discretion on a case-by-case basis
  • •Token usage is tracked and limited based on your subscription plan
Disclaimers & Limitations

  • •We do not guarantee the accuracy of transcriptions or summaries
  • •Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service

Intellectual Property

  • •AI-generated suggestions are provided under a limited license

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

  • •No refunds will be provided for unused subscription time
